Store Policy

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.

All sales are final. There are no refunds,exchanges or store credit available.

However, if you wish to exchange a camp shirt for an identical one but different size,

You must first call our store and get a valid RMA #, return authorization number. All

merchandise must be in its original packaging and unopened. Even exchanges for apparel

must occur within 7 business days of the order. No exceptions.

Should you happen to get a a manufacturer's defect on a DVD or CD. Call us and we will

gladly replace it with the identical DVD or CD for a working one. Simply call us within 7

business days for an even exchange.

For Custom Orders

All sales are final. No cancellaiton allowed once the order is processed and approved by

client. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit, balance on credit card upon delivery of

custom orders.

Copyright laws = We assume when artwork is submitted for reproduction in producing an

order that the artowork was submitted in full compliance witht he laws governing copyright,

trademark etc., Purchasers, by placing an order with Niles Gift Depot hold us harmelss for

any damages and/or cost arising under these laws as a consequence of our use of artwork.

All business checks returned will be charged a $20.00 handling fee.
